How your details and photos are handled

This policy covers Carpet Cleaner Leon and the website at carpetcleanerleon.co.uk. It is written to be clear about what we do — and what we do not do — with anything you show us. Last updated 4 September 2026.

Who we are

Carpet Cleaner Leon is run by Leon Mail. Carpet, upholstery, rug and mattress cleaning across Surrey, North Hampshire and Berkshire. Call 07447 756465. For this policy, Leon Mail is the data controller.

Photos on this site

The job pictures on the homepage are from Leon’s own work. There is no upload tool on the site and no photo is sent to us when you browse.

If you later send a photo for a quote

That is different. If you message or call and then send pictures of the job, those pictures do reach Leon so the work can be priced. We use them only to understand the job. We do not put them on the website or in ads unless you ask us to. We keep them only as long as needed to quote, do the work, and deal with any follow-up, then we do not keep them longer than we have to.

What we collect if you contact us

A phone call gives us the number you call from and whatever you choose to say. There is no account on this website and no contact form that stores a database. We do not sell your details or pass them to other firms for their marketing.

Cookies and this site

This site does not set a cookie to keep a photo. If your browser keeps an ordinary cache of the public pages, that is the browser’s doing, not a profile we build.

Your rights

For anything we do hold from a call or a quote (name, number, a job photo you sent), you can ask what we have, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 07447 756465. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If the tool or this policy changes, we will update this page. The date at the top is the version that applies.
